Belmont Family Photographer
I was lucky enough to catch up with some old friends as a Belmont family photographer recently. I photographed Annette & Niem’s wedding a few years ago and now they have a new addition to their family!
Belmont is a beautiful lakeside suburb located in the Lake Macquarie region of NSW and it is a stunning part of the world. Life in Belmont revolves around Australia’s largest coastal saltwater lake. Lake Macquarie. This lake has some of the best fishing around and it even gets sharks!
This beautiful park in Belmont was the location for this family photography session. And the minute we got there, we could see a massive storm front approaching us over the lake. So we had to shoot quickly, but wow what an amazing sight. As the storm came closer to us, the sun peaked out through the clouds and lit these guys up like a spotlight on the stage. It was some of the most spectacular light I have seen. About five minutes later it was torrential rain and we had to run for cover.
